The position
As aScrum Masterat agap2 you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking Fintech Telco Retail Sports and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
As an Scrum Master you will:
- Guide and challenge two already mature teams to becomehigh-performing Dev(Sec)Ops/Scrum teams.
- Foster collaboration motivation and continuous improvement within and across teams.
- Bring energy and positivity to the team culture.
- Facilitate and optimize the use of our (scaled) Scrum framework.
- Collaborate closely with theAgile Leadand other Scrum Masters in our cluster (8 Agile professionals strong).
- This is a unique opportunity toinfluence grow and learnin a supportive open culture that values reflection improvement and fun.
What you bring to the position
- HBO/WO degree
- 8 years of Agile/Scrum Master experience ideally in a technical environment
- Strong track record as aSenior Scrum Masterwithin corporate IT and/or eCommerce
- Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM I and/or II required)
- Knowledge of Agile at scale (SAFe LeSS Nexus SPS) certifications are a strong plus
- Excellent coaching mentoring and change management skills
- Ability to guide even senior team members and handle conflicts constructively
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
- Experience with Dev(Sec)Ops practices is a big plus
- Fluent inDutch and English(spoken & written) required
