We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team of professionals. JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Reviewing and verifying employee timekeeping expense and mileage submissions.
- Work with Payroll Department reviewing Payroll submittals for accuracy (including but not limited to milage reimbursements commission pay etc.)
- Interacting with other employees to resolve discrepancies in timekeeping and related data.
- Coordinating with management and corporate HR concerning payroll and related functions.
- Assisting management with the development and implementation of employee performance plans and performance reviews.
- Overseeing employee training and certification requirements.
- Reviewing attendance and leave records.
- Administering employee leave requests.
- Providing reports as needed to management.
- Special projects assigned by management.
- Data collection and analysis determinations reports recommendations and similar functions.
- Oversight and updating of SOPs templates workflows and reports.
- Responsible for smooth running of office including general office administration ordering office supplies oversight of office vendors.
- Oversight of office machines supplies and maintenance needs.
- Perform additional administration functions as necessary or directed.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:- Possess the ability to positively interact with the other staff members the general public contractors governmental entities and other clientele.
- Highly proficient in the use of computer-based devices and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:- Preferred experience in payroll human resources and/or office administration.
- Construction building permitting or municipal background knowledge or experience is a plus.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
