Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the efficient production of all removable prosthetic processes.
- Control all in-process laboratory quality assurance standards. Provide training to techs as needed to meet desired standards.
- Manage the on-time processing of complete prostheses according to production schedule and Doctors due date. Utilize computer system for case scheduling and production controls.
- To read and follow directions on prescription. Follow and understand Dr.s preferences.
- Assist team(s) in accomplishing daily production goals & dept. sales goals
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications :
- 5 years minimum of dental lab experience in the Removable department. Must have a clear understanding of the entire Removable process flow.
- Thorough understanding of morphology and functional design required.
- Start-to-finish proficiency in Removable required.
- Requires flexibility and adaptability to meet laboratory demands
- Outstanding analytical problem solving and organizational abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
