About the Role:
Were looking for a resourceful and hands-on Junior Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing department. In this role youll work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to execute and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook Google YouTube TikTok and Reddit. If youre someone who loves getting into the data testing creative and making campaigns perform this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on:
- Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads (Search Display YouTube)
- TikTok Ads
- Reddit Ads
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR CPL CPA) and report key insights to the CMO.
- Help brainstorm ad copy visuals and campaign strategies based on audience and platform.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives headlines and targeting strategies.
- Support in compiling weekly performance reports and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up to date with platform changes algorithm updates and emerging trends.
- Assist with audience research keyword research and competitive analysis.
What Were Looking For:
- 12 years of hands-on experience running digital ad campaigns across Facebook and at least two of the following: Google TikTok Reddit YouTube.
- Strong understanding of campaign structures
- Data-driven mindset you should love testing and iterating.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Bonus if youve worked in-house for a legal service-based or high-volume lead generation business.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a fast-paced team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
