Senior Business Expert - Checkout & Pay

WHAT YOULL DO 
As a Senior Business Expert within our Retail Tech team you will play a key role in shaping the future of H&M Groups in-store checkout and payment experience. This is a strategic and hands-on role where youll work across teams and markets to drive innovation improve customer journeys and support the transformation of our global Checkout solutions. 

• Drive the product strategy for checkout and payment solutions across H&M Groups global retail operations. 

• Collaborate closely with product managers business experts and tech teams to define requirements evaluate product performance and implement improvements. 

• Be a vital part in our POS transformation by setting requirements and supporting our transformation initiatives. 

• Act as a key link between retail and our tech function with the responsibility to capture and define technical requirements that align with business needs. 

WHO YOULL WORK WITH 

Youll be part of a passionate and collaborative cross-functional team within theRetail Tech area of the Customer Development & Growth function. This team brings together expertise in product management business analysis design and data to shape the future of our in-store checkout and payment experience. Youll collaborate with colleagues across different regions and time zones reflecting the global nature of both our organization and the solutions we build. 

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with 

• A Bachelors degree in Business Administration IT Engineering or a related field. 

• A background in business development or product development ideally within the consumer retail industry. 

• Experience working with data-heavy logical products and a strong interest in IT systems and customer experience. 

• Experience with change management and user training methodologies. 

• Familiarity with POS and payment solutions is a bonus 

And people who are 

• Analytical structured and data-driven with a genuine interest in improving retail experiences. 

• Proactive and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. 

• Curious open-minded and eager to contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture. 

• Passionate about agile ways of working with experience in Scrum and tools like Jira and comfortable collaborating across global teams
