Job Description
Application Production Support guarantees application production for both technical and functional support for the Data Governance application chain.
-Ensures that the service is maintained in operational condition
-Ensures the smooth running of processes (batch processing transfer etc) and the proper functioning in the data application sense of the term (relevant business data functional result correct execution of application workflows etc)
-Manages the various releases withing the target scope in the context of accelerating change
-Intervenes not only in the event of incidents to restore the service but also in preventive terms thanks to data analysis and automation thus improving service quality and user experience
-Is familiar with DevOps practices/tools and acts as an expert with DevOps team particularly on production and infrastructure requirements
Main Tasks:
- Provide technical and functional support to RISK Systems Portugal
- Implement monitoring and supervise the applications technical and functional components
- Orchestrate and manage the various releases of the applications components
- Realise the technical integration of applications based on existing products and services in order to reduce implementation times
Creating and enriching the application document framework maintaining operational procedures
Qualifications :
Technical Skills:
- Unix/Linux Systems
- Shell/Python Scripting
- DevOps (Ansible Teamcity Jenkins Kubernetes)
- DB modelting architecture and SQL
- Knowledge of Java
