Proactive Local MICE Sales Manager Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel
Based in Dublins vibrant Docklands this role focuses on driving local MICE business through proactive sales strategies relationship building and a passion for luxury hospitality at Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and secure local MICE business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients agencies and event planners
Conduct sales calls site inspections and client meetings to promote the hotels event offerings
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and market insight
Represent the hotel at industry events trade shows and networking functions
Maintain accurate records and reporting through CRM systems
Leadership Competencies:
Self-driven energetic and a proactive ambassador of the Anantara brand
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build trust
