SEN Specialist Full Time
Location: York
Pay: 13.6815.00 per hour
Contract: Full-time
A specialist provision is seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEN Specialist to support children and young people with complex needs and disabilities. This full-time role involves both 1:1 and small group work helping students engage with learning through structured routines and personalised strategies.
The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusive education and committed to making a meaningful difference in pupils lives. Experience in specialist settings or supporting high-level needs is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted support to students with EHCPs and additional needs
Assist with communication sensory regulation and behaviour management
Implement individualised learning strategies
Collaborate with teachers therapists and families
Maintain a safe and inclusive environment
