About the role

The purpose of the Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant Data & Technology is to support the adoption of QA best practices by helping Advisors optimise systems and technology including automation and AI. The role focuses on enhancing processes defining business requirements and supporting implementation through collaboration and change management.

What youll do

  • Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities in QA-related data and technology processes
  • Collaborate across vertical teams to gather and define business requirements supporting system and process improvements
  • Support and maintain QA systems including Verint Genesys Detect and associated data feeds
  • Assist with testing change management and the rollout of new or enhanced QA solutions
  • Liaise with teams such as Automation Delivery and Data Science to optimise technology use and drive innovation in QA

What youll bring

  • 3 years of experience in insurance and/or financial services
  • 1 years in a project or delivery-focused role ideally within a geographically dispersed team
  • Prior experience in a data-driven or technology-focused role
  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance frameworks and practices
  • Familiarity with insurance industry obligations and standards
