We are currently seeking a talented Lead Buildings Mechanical Engineer to join our Vancouver office. In this role you will leverage your extensive experience (minimum 15 years) to lead and shape projects across various sectors including commercial institutional educational and some industrial. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring a team of mechanical engineers guiding them through projects while also fostering client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC plumbing fire protection and other aspects of mechanical engineering for buildings. They should demonstrate expertise in buildings decarbonization or deep retrofit projects high energy efficiency projects and strong abilities in cultivating relationships with clients. The candidate should be driven to develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges as well as accompanying the clients through the design process.

Qualifications :
The expected salary for this position is from $130000 to $165000 based on the richness and diversity of the candidates experience training skills and internal equity. The position or associated salary could vary depending on the profile of the candidate.
