At Open Payments were not just building APIs were shaping how financial infrastructure is built and secured in the Open Banking era. As our DevSecOps Engineer youll work with automation infrastructure and cloud security while also influencing ways of working setting up processes from the ground up and if desirable contributing to areas like QA and testing.
About Open Payments
Open Payments is a VC-funded FinTech founded in 2017. With our open and secure API we enable seamless access to bank APIs across the EU providing the critical infrastructure for Open Banking. Based in central Stockholm were a passionate team solving exciting challenges with the latest technologies.
What youll do
- Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code with ARM and Bicep
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for cloud applications
- Automate deployments and provisioning workflows
- Manage containerized workloads with AKS and Container Apps
- Improve reliability through observability testing and automation
- Collaborate with developers and architects on solution design
- Document infrastructure and processes for teams and audits
- Establish security guardrails and drive best practices
- Monitor performance and strengthen observability
Who you are
Youre passionate about automation security and efficiency and enjoy building reliable systems. You thrive in a cloud-native environment where you can innovate improve how we deploy and test systems and stay ahead with new tools and methods that boost performance and security.
Youll thrive in this role if you have:
- 12 years of Azure experience
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Kubernetes Docker and Infrastructure as Code
- Understanding of RBAC & IAM
- Experience with automated testing and observability
Its a bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of Azure CLI OIDC/OAuth or Microsoft Graph
- Experience from fintech or other regulated industries
- Expertise in building scalable high-throughput systems
