We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Business Analyst to join our Multi-Market Advisory Solutions team supporting occupier-focused brokerage professionals across all markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced data-driven environment and is passionate about enabling strategic decision-making through insights process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Brokerage Support & Business Development
- Assist Brokerage Team and Regional Lead in the research data validation and creation of business profiles one-pagers and other client-facing materials.
- Support pursuit strategy by researching and organizing critical information for opportunities to support executive decision making.
- Data Management & Insights
- Collect cleanse and validate real estate portfolio data from clients and internal systems.
- Submit and manage data through Triana and BI platforms; ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Partner with brokers to develop and present actionable insights via dashboards and visualizations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Operations Director and Regional Lead to track and report on key brokerage pursuits.
- Collaborate with the TDS Lead to evaluate and implement emerging technologies that enhance team performance and client delivery.
- Process Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data quality and reporting processes.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and scalable solutions for multi-market occupier engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate Finance or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in a business analyst operations or data-focused rolepreferably in commercial real estate or professional services.
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology and occupier services.
- Experience supporting sales or brokerage teams in a matrixed organization.
- Comfort with data visualization and storytelling through dashboards.
- Exceptional critical thinking and research skills.
- Experience and skill with cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
- Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
