About the Role:
We are seeking a Contract Delivery Specialist to become part of a growing world class organization. We are looking forenthusiastic forward thinking agile detail oriented and customer service drivenemployee to add to our great team.
This position is within WTDs Finance and Administration (F&A) Section which serves the essential role of ensuring that financial resources are in place to fund the Divisions priorities and decision-making is well-informed regarding financial risk optimization trade-offs financial equity and compliance. In managing WTDs large portfolio of financial activities and processes F&A performs numerous functions including rate-setting budget development and oversight capital finance contracting technology services central service administration accounting audit and compliance payroll utility billing and more. About the Team:
The Budget and Contracts unit within the Finance section is responsible for development coordination and oversight of a $224 million annual operating budget (2025) and a $984 million six-year CIP a procurement & contracts team responsible to ensure effective efficient and timely support to agency procurement and contract administration and a capital finance team responsible for ensuring WTD maximizes opportunities to match projects to funding opportunities.

The Budget and Contracts unit sits within a Finance & Administration section that provides services that include budget development & oversight capital finance procurement & contracts administration technology services central service administration (i.e. Division Fleet management) accounting audit & compliance rates & financial planning payroll and billing & accounts receivable.
