Field Training Officer

Location: Quincy WA - travel to various client locations.
Rate: $32.00 / Hour
Schedule varies including evening weekend and holiday hours.
At Securitas our Security Officers are the foundation of our organization. Our officers are traing to provide a high level or professionalism and specialization for their assignments help safeguard people property and information. As Field Training Officer you coordinate and deliver these training programs for security officers and other employees. In addition you will act to ensure compliance with legally mandated contractual and company training requirements. This primary job function is training security personnel.
The ideal candidate we are seeking will be reliable accountable punctual and have a strong work ethic while adhering to our core values: Intergrity Vigilance & Helpfulness.
What Your Day May Look Like:
- Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
- Training and development initiatives in a classroom and hands-on setting.
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the clients premises.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
- Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed written witness reports.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Valid Drivers License and clear driving history.
- Minimum 2 years of training experience required.
- At least 4 years of experience in the security industry.
- Proven ability to lead build and motivate a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making and independent judgment skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and security-related information clearly across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel as required up to 50% of the time occasionally with limited notice.
- Proficient in basic computer programs and systems.
- Committed to delivering exceptional service with a client-focused mindset and strong ethical standards.
