About the role: This role is for managing the EMI Support team for Enterprise vertical & managing
projects we are working upon to reduce the manual efforts of the teams and increasing the net
revenue for the accounts.
Expectations/ Requirements
Be proactive in looking for process improvements and implementation of the same
Coordination with the Product and Tech team to resolve the issues from its core.
Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
Timely and effective communication with internal departments for issue resolution
Ensure appropriate systems and infrastructure are in place to track evaluate and support
Role will require conferencing / collaborating with internal teams.
Enable and encourage use of Smart thinking and lead from front
Develop comprehensive project plans along with key stakeholders
Track Program/Project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-
and long-term goals
Engage with various Business & Technology Teams within Paytm to identify common
bottlenecks esp. on Technology front
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
4 to 5 years of experience in business operations (Experience in payments/fintech space will be
preferred)
Good Analytical Skills
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of SQL is preferred
