A well-established and respected estate agency in Bournemouth is looking to expand its lettings division by hiring a driven and experienced Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Lister.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Source and secure new lettings instructions proactively
- Conduct rental valuations and advise landlords
- Build long-term landlord and client relationships
- Create and execute marketing strategies for new listings
- Ensure high-quality presentation across marketing channels
- Collaborate with lettings and property management teams
- Stay informed on local market and competitor activity
- Uphold excellent service and professionalism throughout
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- 23 years experience in lettings ideally at senior level
- Strong track record in valuations and securing instructions
- Excellent communication negotiation and client relationship skills
- Proactive target-driven and highly organised
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- ARLA qualified or working towards (desirable)
- Familiarity with local market and property software
