Salary: OTE 35000 per annum

Our client a reputable independent Sales and Lettings agency with offices across Berkshire is looking for an ambitious professional to join their growing team.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Handling lettings enquiries and property viewings
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Negotiating tenancy agreements
- Delivering high standards of customer service
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential lettings or estate agency (essential)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and a positive attitude
- Professional presentation and self-motivation
- Full UK Driving Licence (own car preferred)
- Knowledge of the local area (advantageous)
- Committed hardworking and target-driven
