Team mission
Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Global Creative Marketing team to scale world-class creative work inspiring travelers to explore the globe through unforgettable experiences. In this role youll play a key part in helping us scale our creative output from imagery to video content while working alongside an international team. Youll be right in the action: helping to optimize our workflows support project execution and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If youre organized proactive and eager to learn how content production happens at scale this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
Your toolkit:
- Support the Creative Production Team across various stages of the production lifecycle including pre-production planning shoot coordination post-production workflows and process optimization
- Gain hands-on experience in creative operations and learn what it takes to manage video and imagery production at scale
- Assist the team with organizing and maintaining production assets and shoot documentation
- Act as a point of contact for production-related inquiries from internal teams and freelancers via Slack email or meetings ensuring clear and timely communication
- Contribute to ongoing workflow and tooling improvements to drive production efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Brand Editorial Legal Marketing and Product to deliver standout visual content and ensure a smooth creative process
What sets you apart:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program
- You have excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher)
- Youre available to commit to this role for at least 12 months
- Based in Berlin with the ability to join us in the office at least once a week
- Ideally youve already gained some initial experience in a related field
- Youre proactive work independently and have strong attention to detail
- You excel at managing your time and setting priorities
- Youre passionate about creative production or have a strong interest in content creation
- You have a good grasp of modern web technologies and learn new tools and systems quickly
