RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strong administrative support to the daily operations including marketing samples support data entry and maintaining proper records of all required documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping to facilitate smooth operations and project management
- Manage samples including manual handling of products such as cartons packing/unpacking and shelf stocking/removal
- Ensure the upkeep and tidiness of the samples room maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
- Arrange all local and overseas courier deliveries ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of samples and materials
- Coordinate with couriers and logistics partners to manage the delivery schedule and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist co-producers on multiple projects including but not limited to sourcing props venues and other required aspects of projects
- Collaborate with relevant functional teams to ensure all project needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned by the production management team
- Be flexible and adaptable to take on new tasks and challenges as they arise
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to handle manual products handling tasks efficiently
- Proficient on all Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge on fashion influencers and social platforms will be an added advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be flexible and adaptable to take on new tasks and challenges as they arise
