MondayFriday 7:30 AM 6:00 PM Weekends Off!
Marysville Auto a trusted full-service auto repair shop proudly serving Kimball and surrounding communities is looking for a driven experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our team. What Youll Do
- Lead and manage all shop operations and team members
- Sell repairs and services to customers to help meet sales goals
- Maintain high standards of service safety and customer satisfaction
- Coach train and develop team members
- Manage shop performance including P&L and key financial metrics
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of automotive shop management experience
- 1 year in a service advisor or sales role
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license and clean MVR
- Proven leadership and performance management experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to interpret financial reports and apply basic math concepts
