We are seeking an Oracle Business Analyst Supply Chain & Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to play a pivotal role in the implementation and ongoing support of our IBP initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of ERP and Business Applications this role operates within a cross-functional team and is responsible for understanding documenting and supporting both existing and future IT applications that drive integrated planning across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules experience with project delivery and the ability to collaborate across departments. This is a remote position with travel required based on project and business needs (up to 25%).
Key Responsibilities: Business Process & Requirements Analysis
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Analyze evaluate and document business processes using Visio and lean principles.
- Translate business needs into IT requirements distinguishing between core needs and enhancements.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using best practices in business process design.
- Create detailed user stories and requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with both technical and functional teams to identify gaps between business requirements and available solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Implementation
- Support software application implementations from planning through go-live.
- Conduct market research using tools such as Gartner Magic Quadrant reports to evaluate vendor solutions.
- Develop RFPs evaluate vendors and participate in selection processes.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to manage implementation timelines tasks and deliverables.
- Lead agile processes including backlog grooming sprint planning and task prioritization.
- Communicate project milestones status and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule adjusting resources and priorities as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst supporting Oracle EBS (11i R12).
- 3 years of experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementation.
- Strong process orientation with proven expertise in business/technical requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience in business process modeling and process improvement.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to create business cases define ROI and align technology to strategic objectives.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Power BI or other data visualization tool proficiency.
