What You Get to Do:
- Coordinating a variety of services including but not limited to; individual finances community integration program implementation family involvement and education/vocational programs
- Program planning assessments and implementation
- Communicating with the Nurse Consumer Benefits Coordinator Health Service Coordinator and maintenance staff
- Assist in direct training follow up and coaching with program staff
- Build relationships with persons served and teammates.
- Provide hands-on assistance encouragement mentoring and guidance.
- Ensure the comfort safety and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around getting in and out of bed dressing bathing personal hygiene and more.
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Attend special community occasions and fun activities like outdoor walks games and social events.
- Transport persons served to appointments or other activities outside the home.
- Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest.
- Document progress milestones and action steps.

Qualifications :
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- 1 3 years of experience in residential and/or support services for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Leadership skills observant and detail oriented
- Person-centered patient and kind
- Dependable adaptable flexible
- Positive role-model for others and able to work on a team
- Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment
- Computer skills for documentation
- 18 years or older high school diploma/GED and basic computer skills
- Successful clearance of a criminal background check for licensing requirement
- Valid Drivers License personal vehicle and liability insurance
