Job Description
We are seeking an experienced T24 Transact Retail Functional Consultant with in-depth expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA) to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Temenos T24 core banking especially in retail banking environments. You will serve as a key liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure the effective delivery and optimization of T24 retail banking modules.
- Lead the functional delivery of Temenos T24 Transact implementations for retail banking ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA) including setup configuration and customization aligned with client requirements.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and map business processes to T24 capabilities through functional workshops.
- Conduct gap assessments and recommend fit-for-purpose configuration or custom development.
- Draft and maintain functional design documents and specifications for T24 modules and AA enhancements.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless translation of business requirements into system functionality.
- Organize and deliver end-user training and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Resolve post-implementation issues and ensure continued operational efficiency.
- Act as the go-to expert for T24 Retail modules and associated functionalities.
- Stay informed on Temenos product developments and banking industry trends.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 8 years experience as a T24 Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Retail Banking.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Temenos T24 Arrangement Architecture (AA).
- Solid understanding of key retail banking modules such as Deposits Lending Accounts and Payments.
- Proven experience in product configuration and parameterization within T24.
- Skilled in conducting business analysis facilitating workshops and performing gap-fit assessments.
- Strong functional documentation and specification writing capabilities.
- Familiarity with T24 system architecture integration touchpoints and APIs.
- Experience in upgrade and migration projects is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
