Job Description
- Creating Infrastructure level Designs for the implementation/adaptation of enterprise application/solutions as well as creating the equivalent Operation guidelines;
- Leading and/or participating in technical negotiations and decisions about the best way to implement new solutions;
- Creating well detailed network flow designs and their further documentation to support implementation;
- Liaising with different specialised technical teams in order to verify the validity of the envisaged infrastructure design;
- Performing together with the persons responsible for the application/solution the Proof of Concept and the first deployment on a non-production environment;
- Performing the administrative activities to put such designed in the Operational Production cycle (creating tickets negotiating time lines etc.);
- Acting in the expert role of Infrastructure Engineer coordinating the different Operational Engineers to implement the designs created and bring them to completion;
- Being responsible to coordinate the members of the Quality Assurance team in order to test the implemented infrastructure.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree plus 9 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of English: B2 or higher level.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the installation implementation and configuration of Server Operating Systems (MS Windows and/or Linux) in physical or virtual environments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of installation configuration and operationalisation of Identity and Access Management systems Installation. Covering the areas of:
Managing user identities access rights and authentication across systems.
Mastering the concepts of:
Single Sign-On (e.g. SAML OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect (OIDC))
Multi-Factor Authentication
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) (managing user identities roles and access policies to ensure compliance and security)
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Integrating with IAM solutions and HR systems.
Minimum 2 years of experience in integrating different sources of Identity (different source LDAP repositories or AD Domains) and being able to perform the following actions at least:
acquiring the base data from the source repositories
merging the identities on a target repository
carefully managing the linking of the different accounts in the source to a target account
choosing and implementing which fields to migrate and merge into the target repository
Performing the transformation of the type of info from the source to the target (e.g. translating the name or cn field from one environment to the semantics accepted by the target system
Implementing the mapping of different fields on the target environment.- Minimum 2 years of experience in the installation and configuration of the product OneIdentity Identity Manager including the integration with different types of LDAP products (e.g. Microsoft LDS eDirectory Apache Directory Services etc)
- Good knowledge of installation configuration implementation and operationalisation OneIdentiy product Identity Manager
- Good knowledge of integrating OneIdentiy product Identity Manager with external LDAP repositories
- Good knowledge of creating documentation for System Administrators with enough information that allows the tasks described to be performed
Desirable
- Minimum 2 years of experience in adapting existing Infrastructure Designs for the IAM area adding and/or modifying the integrations between the different components
- Minimum 1 year of experience in disseminating the knowledge of the IAM system implemented to other colleagues by producing written procedures and working practices.
- Knowledge of the OpenText (a.k.a. NETiQ) eDirectory and Identity Manager.
- Good knowledge of installation configuration implementation and operationalisation of other products of the Privileged Access Management and/or Access Management of the One Identity range of products.
