Job Description
As a Senior Application Support Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and integration of our business applications. Youll be at the forefront of providing advanced technical support troubleshooting complex issues and maintaining our critical enterprise business systems. Your expertise in SQL databases and application integration will be essential in driving system upgrades and enhancements.
What youll do:
- Serve as the primary expert for business application support and complex issue resolution
- Apply advanced troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills to address and resolve technical challenges
- Configure maintain and support a range of business application systems including ERP HCM CRM EAM and CMMS
- Ensure seamless integration and reliable performance across interconnected business applications
- Lead the implementation of new systems and manage upgrades and enhancements to existing applications
What youll bring:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline
- A number of years of hands-on experience in business applications support
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database management
- Proven expertise in configuring and supporting enterprise-level applications (ERP HCM CRM etc.)
- A strong passion for emerging technologies and solving complex technical challenges
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working within ITIL or similar service management frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS) and SaaS-based enterprise systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced evolving environment
- A track record in managing and troubleshooting application integrations is an advantage
