Join Hitachi Energy as aRisk & Contract Coordinatorand play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy solutions. Youll be responsible for reviewing and managing contracts terms & conditions and project risk reviewsensuring our business interests are protected and risks are effectively mitigated.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

How Youll Make an Impact

  • Review maintain and negotiate contract terms for complex projects and agreements

  • Coordinate with Sales Legal Finance and Operations to align contract strategies

  • Advise stakeholders on contractual risks and develop mitigation plans

  • Maintain a contracts database and generate regular status reports

  • Support Marketing & Sales with contract flow-downs to suppliers and partners

  • Lead risk reviews and ensure alignment with group and business unit guidelines

  • Ensure insurance provisions are met and coordinate with Risk Management

  • Collaborate with Controllers to validate financial models and highlight risks

Your Background

  • Bachelors associates degree or certificate in Business Administration Law or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing contracts in technology or construction industries

  • Strong negotiation communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint and Teams

  • Experience with digital approval tools like DocuSign or Adobe Sign

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer and internal relationships
