Job Description
As a Cleaning Specialist your primary role will be to clean household items affected by a loss in the manner purposed by the Content Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Structural cleaning of properties
- Cleaning of contents (household items) following fire smoke and or water damage
- Cleaning of homes during restoration and upon completion of project (final clean)
- Contents gathering packing and loading
- Content inventory preparation (Helping to document the items inside a home)
- Develop an understanding of cleaning techniques products and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Reports to the Lead Content Manager

Qualifications :
- Willingness and ability to work in less than perfect environments (mold smoke and weather damage conditions)
- Exhibit strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Be self-motivated and proactive
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior cleaning and/or packing experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and work well with a team.
- Must have valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15 per hour and up commensurate with experience
