Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Parts Specialist at our Sacramento branch.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the service and parts departments ensuring a successful branch operation
- Drive part sales recommend complete solutions
- Verify parts needed and ensure accurate ordering using most cost effective shipping methods
- Perform tasks in warehouse or parts dept. as directed
- Keep customer informed of order progress at least daily
- Maintain excellent communication skills and professionalism both in-person and over the phone with Bejac employees customers and vendors
- Research and order parts in a timely manner
- Ship and receive parts as necessary
- Process all orders and returns in a timely manner (same day or within 24 hours)
- Ensure accuracy of research orders and returns
- Use forklift pallet jack and Big Joe to load unload and move parts.
- Assist in warehouse as needed
- Must be able to take direction from supervisor/manager
- Other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager

- A post-offer pre-employment physical is required for all new hires before beginning work. This will be paid for by Bejac Corporation.
- Any person hired into a position which requires a uniform must pay a $500.00 deposit. Payroll deductions may be arranged through the Payroll Manager. Deductions may not exceed eight (8) payroll periods. More information regarding uniforms will be discussed during New Hire Orientation.
- A DMV record and valid Drivers license will be required for all persons driving a Company vehicle operating equipment or driving their personal vehicle for Company business.
- Proof of auto insurance will be required for all persons driving a Company or personal vehicle for Company business.
- AA or BA preferred some college okay
- Minimum 2 years previous parts counter experience
- Basic to moderate use of Excel Word and Outlook
- Above and beyond customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task as this position will wear several hats
- Quick-learner can think on your feet
- Some shipping and receiving experience a plus
- Requires little supervision
- Possess good judgment and common sense
- Detail oriented
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Possess a clean and valid drivers license no DUI or DWI past 7 years H6 required
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
- High school diploma or GED with some college
