Key Responsibilities:
Engage with multifamily community owners and asset management teams to generate meetings project opportunities and revenue growth
Develop and maintain strong industry relationships to drive business expansion
Identify and qualify new opportunities to build a consistent project pipeline
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through project completion
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
What Were Looking For:
3years of strategic sales experience in constructioncommercial or multifamily
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify client pain points and provide tailored solutions
Existing industry relationships with multifamily community owners and asset managers
A track record of success managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to project completion
A hunter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business
