Your Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Define and evolve the GTM strategy across verticals starting with gaming and expanding into SaaS fintech e-commerce EdTech HealthTech and others.
- Own positioning messaging and ideal customer profile (ICP) definitions for outsourced QA services.
- Shape and refine pricing models and service packaging tailored to different buyer needs.
Marketing & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute lean marketing campaigns across LinkedIn outbound channels and content marketing.
- Develop sales enablement and marketing assets including sales decks one-pagers case studies and landing page content.
- Conduct market research track competitor offerings and identify key differentiators.
- Collaborate with internal delivery leads to surface client success stories and testimonials.
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach (LinkedIn email personal network).
- Lead discovery calls deliver proposals close deals and ensure smooth handoff to delivery and operations teams.
- Support the General Manager in regional business development efforts across Europe and other markets.
- Act as the client-facing lead during early engagement stages supported by English-speaking QA coordinators for seamless communication.
Qualifications :
We Expect You to Have:
- Experience: 2 years in B2B sales (preferably in outsourcing).
- Skills: Strong negotiation communication and presentation abilities.
- Personality: Active proactive friendly yet persistent and highly organized.
- Language: Fluent in English; additional European languages (German French etc.) are a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-generation platforms.
