Job Description

As a Stock Assistant Manager you play an important role within our warehouse operations. You are the link ensuring seamless and efficient coordination between the warehouse and the shop floor. In this dynamic position you are entrusted with leading coaching and inspiring the warehouse team fostering a positive atmosphere where each individual feels empowered and their talents are fully utilized. Beyond leadership you actively engage in daily operations from the arrival of goods to their refined presentation in-store. Together with your team you maintain an orderly warehouse and ensure that new deliveries are processed swiftly and with precision. On top of that your responsibilities are:

  • Oversee warehouse operations and inventory management crafting strategic action plans and ensuring their thorough execution and monitoring ;
  • Enforce compliance with operational procedures maintaining a safe and secure working environment;
  • Nurture strong collaboration between the warehouse team and department teams;
  • You are dedicated to enhancing team productivity and take pride in mentoring and motivating your staff;
  • You serve as a key point of contact within House of Rituals regarding stock and warehouse matters continuously seeking ways to refine and streamline processes;
  • You embrace a hands-on approach and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed;
  • You work closely and report to Retail Manager.

Qualifications :

As a natural leader with a genuine passion for people you possess an exceptional ability to inspire and drive teams toward achieving outstanding customer satisfaction and sales results. You thrive on guiding and mentoring others to unlock their full potential. Additionally you bring the following qualities:

  • A strong commercial mindset paired with solid logistics knowledge;
  • Ideally at least two years of experience in a similar leadership role;
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to remain focused and service-oriented even in high-pressure situations;
  • A proactive attitude always eager to propose and implement innovative ideas for process improvements;
  • A sense for sales opportunities and the ability to set priorities accordingly;
  • Confidence with smart devices and administrative capabilities;
  • Excellent communication skills bold initiative and ease in connecting with others fluent in English.
