Support employees with inquiries regarding compensation and benefits-related topics
Handle requests via our ticketing system and perform administrative tasks related to compensation and benefits processing
Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses related to compensation and benefits
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR process workflows
Support the optimization of processes within the support area
Qualifications :
Background: University degree in Business Administration Psychology Humanities Studies or related areas
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR Services Administration or comparable support areas
Personality: You are detail- and solution oriented and accurate. You work well in complex structures and systems and have excellent organizational and time-management skills
Languages:
What gives you further advantages:
SAP Workday or other corporate governance system knowledge is an advantage
