About the Role:
We are seeking an outstanding Corporate Receptionist & Office Admin to deliver exceptional service to clients & guests entering and exiting the premises daily.
This position is ideal for someone with a high-end customer service background who enjoys interacting with people. The role encompasses general reception duties and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will work in a prestigious building equipped with high-end facilities.
Job Duties:
- Reception & Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors manage the reception area and provide exceptional customer service.
- Office Operations & Supplies: Oversee daily office operations including inventory management of supplies and equipment ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Mail & Package Handling: Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries efficiently.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings maintain accurate meeting calendars and ensure meeting rooms are prepared according to specific requests.
- Facilities Maintenance: Coordinate with building management and external contractors for timely repairs and maintenance of office facilities.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations maintaining a safe working environment.
- Space Management: Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment including reception inventory storage and common areas.
- Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of office facilities to proactively identify and address maintenance needs.
- Security & Access Control: Manage office security protocols including access control and coordination with building reception for guest and employee access.
- Communication Management: Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve inquiries from visitors and employees efficiently.
- Invoice Processing: Process invoices and expenses from department correspondents accurately and in a timely manner.
- General Administrative Support: Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required for visitors visiting WNS staff from international locations etc.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role
- IT proficient in Outlook Excel and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork
- Ability to provide bespoke service remembering preferences and specific needs/requirements.

- 3 Months Fixed Term Contract Role directly with WNS
