Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships understand needs and ensure satisfaction. Proactively engage to evolve current services and solution new opportunities.
- Project Management: Manage full project lifecycle including solutioning planning execution monitoring and evaluation. Ensure on-time within-budget and in-scope delivery.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. Facilitate communication and align client needs with company objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify mitigate and escalate potential risks and issues. Ensure timely resolution.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Business Development: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Work with sales team to generate new business.
- Contract Management: Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

- Consultative engagement:
Effective in proactive engagement to suggest and cocreate solutions to relevant use cases and then work with internal WNS Analytics stakeholders to execute
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills:
Effective communication with clients and internal teams is crucial for building relationships and managing projects.
- Project management skills:
Experience in planning executing and monitoring projects including resource allocation risk management and budgeting.
- Business acumen:
Understanding of business principles and the ability to align project goals with overall business objectives.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution:
Ability to identify and resolve issues manage conflicts and find solutions that satisfy both the client and the company.
- Domain and Technical understanding:
Strong pharma domain understanding and experience in leveraging data and analytics to address relevant use cases. Credible as an SME in this area and be seen by clients as a go to advisor/ consultant/ peer
