NXTGEN are pleased to be partnered with a well respected business in their field who are seeking a FP&A Manager to shape and oversee the budgeting forecasting and performance reporting for a dynamic organisation.
Youll be instrumental in providing financial insights and guidance to senior management supporting strategic initiatives and leading a team of FP&A analysts. If you have a passion for analytics team leadership and business partnering this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and manage the annual budget quarterly forecasts and long-term financial plans across the group collaborating with regional finance teams.
Performance Analysis: Monitor performance against budget track KPIs and identify areas for improvement at both group and regional levels.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to senior management and investors.
Business Partnering: Work closely with departments and regional teams to align financial plans with organisational objectives.
Strategic Support: Contribute to investment appraisals M&A analysis and business restructuring initiatives.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of FP&A analysts fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Project Budgeting: Analyse budgets for individual projects considering costs forecasts and risk mitigation.
Were seeking a fully qualified accountant (ACA ACCA or CIMA) with a strong background in FP&A and team leadership. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Youll bring exceptional analytical abilities confident communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-financial colleagues and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and adaptable approach is essential to thrive in this role.
