What you will do:
You will report into the Head of Analytics Delivery - EMEA & APAC
- Define clear goals and objectives for each direct employee
- Ensure that each team member has regular performance reviews career conversations and a structured career development plan
- Monitor performance and improvements of team in key metrics and take corrective actions when necessary
- Lead the recruitment process for the assigned team in partnership with Talent Acquisition
- Ensure that team follows internal policies and best practices
- Be a main point of contact and escalation for the external stakeholders of the team
- Ensure that the vision of the team is aligned with the vision of the senior management for the business unit they are part of and for Experian as a whole
- Manage risks and issues with either effective mitigations or recovery plans in place
- Be accountable for all projects that are executed in the team
Qualifications :
What you will bring:
- 2 years of experience in People management
- Fluent English
- University degree with a high numerical content (Mathematics Statistics Computer Science etc.)
- Advanced knowledge in project management principles
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Conflict resolution and risk management skills
