Your Mission:

Reporting to the Senior Category Manager as the F&B Procurement Category Manager you will support the management of a $200M annual procurement portfolio. Your role will focus on assisting with cost control supporting supplier relationships and contributing to sourcing quality products that enhance our guest experience. You will collaborate with culinary operations and sustainability teams to help promote responsible and ethical procurement practices.

What Youll Own:

  • Contract Support: Assist in drafting execution monitoring and renewal of contracts to help ensure obligations are met and potential risks are identified.
  • Supplier Coordination: Help build and maintain positive supplier relationships to support quality and sustainability goals. Conduct market research to spot upcoming suppliers and trends.
  • Cost Management: Support initiatives aimed at optimizing costs while managing supply risks across multiple countries.
  • Cross-Functional Assistance: Work closely with culinary operations and sustainability teams to align procurement activities with broader business objectives.
  • Data Reporting: Provide category data and insights to contribute to informed sourcing decisions.
  • Compliance Awareness: Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations under supervision to promote ethical procurement practices.

Qualifications :

What You Bring:

  • Around 1-3 years of experience in procurement or category management ideally in hospitality or FMCG sectors.
  • Familiarity with the Pacific regions supply markets and regulatory context is a plus.
  • Good communication negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Analytical skills with experience or willingness to learn procurement software and spend management tools.
  • Interest in sustainable sourcing practices aligned with brand values.
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or a related discipline; certifications are a bonus but not required.
