As a Customer Education Manager at voize you will own how customers learn. You will be involved in the instructional design the user training and the enablement operations for our clients and the users of the platform. You will plan the curriculum design and deliver micro-learning educational content to frontline users develop training for coaches and partners and ensure internal onboarding managers are set up for success.
Design Learning: Build scalable mobile-first learning pathways for users partners and managers
Create Content: Produce videos modules playbooks and manage knowledge systems
Train & Enable: Lead onsite trainings user research and train-the-trainer programs
Collaborate: Align with Product Sales and Success teams to support the customer journey
Optimize: Track metrics analyze feedback and continuously improve learning impact by iteration
Willingness and ability to travel across Germany 46 times per month for customer trainings and field research
3 years of experience in instructional design enablement or learning experience design
Expertise in microlearning mobile-first learning or adaptive learning strategies
Strong writing structuring and visual design skills for content creation
Comfortable collaborating across teams and taking ownership of end-to-end projects
Youre confident in German (C2 or above) and English (C1 or above) in order to deliver top-quality training both internally and externally.
Youre resilient - you see challenges as opportunities not obstacles
You work iteratively - test learn and improve instead of aiming for perfection
Youre a project manager - you can manage multiple projects at once and can collaborate cross-functionally.
You have a critical eye - with great attention to detail and a UX mindset
