Job Description
Mailroom Sorting Associate
Lexington KY
Pay: $15/hour
Work Hours: Operation hours are 7:00 AM 6:00 PM. Candidates must be able to work within this window until all traus are completed and workstations are cleared.
Were hiring for a Mailroom Sorting position! This is a hands-on onsite role where your primary responsibility will be sorting incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately. Youll work in a structured team-oriented environment with on-the-job training provided.
A Typical Day:
Employees will clock in pick up a trau and begin sorting mail. Youll remove the contents from each envelope and sort them according to specific rules for different lines of business. Once a trau is completed youll pick up another and repeat the process until all traus are done for the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize mail by type and destination
- Use basic PC functions to track and manage mail items
- Navigate programs like Microsoft Teams and other internal tools
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (PC navigation using common software)
- Ability to follow detailed sorting procedures
- Dependable organized and able to stay focused
Training:
6 weeks of hands-on training begins on your first day.
Training hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Pay Transparency

In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $15.00 per hour.
