Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Analyze and align product quantities for the market by monitoring stock levels versus sales evolution ensuring optimal stock coverage and material availability across markets.
- Lead and collaborate on projects with local and international markets related to Aveiro products and/or business unit initiatives aiming to improve stock levels and product availability.
- Manage the end-to-end order process from creation to final delivery at the clients warehouse ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Propose and evaluate production and invoicing quantities to ensure realistic and achievable planning.
- Support industrialization ratio and Time-to-Market (TTM) projects by providing accurate logistical insights.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with operational and strategic plans.
- Act as a logistics liaison with customers to resolve issues and implement measures that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering Economics Management Logistics or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in logistics supply chain or planning is highly valued.
Know-how:
- Solid understanding of inventory management order handling processes and KPI tracking.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Languages:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
Working Style and Methods:
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.
Personality:
- Costumer oriented open to continuous learning and international cooperation.
