Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

  • Analyze and align product quantities for the market by monitoring stock levels versus sales evolution ensuring optimal stock coverage and material availability across markets.
  • Lead and collaborate on projects with local and international markets related to Aveiro products and/or business unit initiatives aiming to improve stock levels and product availability.
  • Manage the end-to-end order process from creation to final delivery at the clients warehouse ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Propose and evaluate production and invoicing quantities to ensure realistic and achievable planning.
  • Support industrialization ratio and Time-to-Market (TTM) projects by providing accurate logistical insights.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with operational and strategic plans.
  • Act as a logistics liaison with customers to resolve issues and implement measures that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you: 

Education:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering Economics Management Logistics or a related field.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in logistics supply chain or planning is highly valued.

Know-how:

  • Solid understanding of inventory management order handling processes and KPI tracking.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Languages:

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

Working Style and Methods:

  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.

Personality:

  • Costumer oriented open to continuous learning and international cooperation.
