Thus we are seeking a talented result-oriented Sales Support associate to help build and scale our local sales operations function enabling our mission to accelerate growth.
The Sales Support associate will drive continuous improvement in the sales funnel in support of seller efficiency in Germany. That role will be responsible for advocating optimizing and motivating Commercial teams to embrace best practice end-to-end processes that support efficiency with lead generation and opportunity associate will also drive seller effectiveness by supporting adoption of global training technology and analytics initiatives. The role is highly cross-functional and is responsible for driving transformational activity to enable a modern sales culture. It requires close collaboration with Sales Finance Billing Product and Customer Success connecting all stages of the sales cycle.
The associate to take on the Sales Enablement/Sales Support T&D Role in Germany will be part of a cross-industry Sales Support team and work closely with the German Sales team and with the VP Commercial T&D Germany. In collaboration with the entire sales team she/he supports in all upcoming requests and closely interacts with commercial financial-related functions to steer internal tasks supports reporting and to provide transparency in business performance.
The associate for the above role works with sales teams as well as the VP Commercial T&D to make processes more efficient faster and easier.
