Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Civil Electrical or related discipline).
QA/QC experience in large-scale industrial or mining construction projects.
Experience with OSBL/Utilities and infrastructure scopes including piping structural steel underground services electrical substations and non-process buildings.
Strong knowledge of construction codes standards and QA/QC procedures (e.g. ISO 9001 ASME AWS IEC).
Familiarity with project quality systems documentation and electronic data management systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and multicultural environment.

Implement and monitor QA/QC plans and procedures related to OSBL NPB and Utilities scopes.
Review and verify contractor Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) method statements and quality documentation.
Conduct field inspections and surveillance of civil structural mechanical electrical and piping works within the assigned areas.
Ensure compliance with engineering drawings specifications international codes (e.g. ASME API ASTM) and relevant construction standards.
Coordinate with construction commissioning and HSE teams to proactively identify and mitigate quality risks.
Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) perform root cause analysis and validate corrective actions.
Assist in material receiving inspections and ensure traceability and compliance of construction materials.
Ensure that QA/QC documentation including welding records inspection reports test results and as-built records are maintained and submitted on time.
Support quality audits (internal and external) and assist in contractor/supplier surveillance as needed.
Liaise with client and third-party inspectors on quality issues and witness/hold point inspections.
