Job Description
Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Assistant Reservations Manager assist with the optimization of the Reservations Team by ensuring quality reservation service to all customers in a timely manner. The positions responsibilities will be divided among administrative duties team oversight and achieving upsell revenue budget.
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION & SKILLS
- High School graduate
- Ability to speak and write clearly in both English and Spanish
- Ability to carry out detailed involved instructions both written and oral
- Capacity to multi task prioritizing issues and resolving as deemed
- Knowledge of OPERA v5 Opera Cloud TARs highly preferred
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in similar role is preferred
- Good understanding of financial documents daily weekly and monthly reports
- Previous experience in similar role is preferred
- Hospitality experience required
