Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service Do you thrive in a fast-paced professional environment Ashtons Legal LLP a growing and innovative law firm in the East of England is looking for a friendly organised and proactive individual to join our Residential Conveyancing team.
What Youll Do:
Whilst not an exhaustive list you can expect to:
- Be the first point of contact for clients handling enquiries via phone and web.
- Manage client onboarding including ID verification Anti-Money Laundering checks and Source of Funds reviews.
- Coordinate new referrals open client files and ensure compliance with legal obligations.
- Provide administrative support schedule appointments and maintain accurate client records.
- Collaborate with fee earners to plan workloads and ensure smooth matter progression.
- Support the team with file closing document requests and holiday/sickness cover.
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Case Management Systems (e.g. Peppermint).
- A positive professional attitude with the ability to adapt to client needs.
- Ideally three years experience in a similar role or environment.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexible options available). Youll need to attend an Ashtons office for a minimum period subject to contracted hours.
