Whats the role
Youll be managing one of the most important projects in the bankhelping us deliver on APRAs CPS 900 resolution planning. Sounds challenging It is. But its also a chance to shape how Westpac responds to complex regulatory change in a way thats smart strategic and future-focused. Youll take big sometimes ambiguous requirements and turn them into clear actionable plans. Youll keep things moving keep people aligned and make sure were delivering real outcomesnot just ticking boxes.
This is a two-year max-term role based in Sydney working closely with our Group Treasury team. Youll report to the Program Director and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. Its fast-paced high-impact and perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems managing complexity and making things happen.
What do I need
- You know how to run high-stakes business projects and keep them moving.
- Youre confident with tools like Jira and managing budgets risks and timelines.
- You can translate complex ideas into action.
- Youre great with peoplestakeholders teams execs all of them.
- Youve worked across different project methodologies.
