Job Description
Senior Architect - Future Leadership Track
Marion Indiana Full-Time Onsite Required
$100K - $130K Annual Bonus Profit Sharing
Monday/Friday 8 AM/5 PM
HireNow Staffing is partnering with a well-established architectural firm rooted in service-driven design to find a Senior Architect ready to take the lead on projects on people and potentially on the future of the practice.
This is more than a technical role. Its a seat at the leadership table. If you bring deep field knowledge love mentoring emerging architects and want the kind of long-term opportunity that leads to ownership read on.
What Youll Be Doing

Lead meaningful projects for nonprofit and mission-focused clients (community centers churches schools healthcare housing).

Own the full design-to-construction journey: drawings documentation bidding permits build reviews.

Mentor and teach: Guide up-and-coming architects who are strong in Revit but need grounding in real-world construction.

Get your boots on the ground: Participate in job site visits solve issues in the field and ensure your drawings are truly buildable.

Play a key role in succession planning: Support firm-wide leadership alongside the incoming owner and position yourself for limited partnership.
What You Need to Succeed

10 years in architecture or structural design (license preferred but not required).

Bachelors in Architecture or Structural Engineering (must include design experience).

Deep understanding of how buildings actually get built not just drawn.

Hands-on experience with Revit (recent and relevant).
-
Proven leadership and mentoring abilitiesyou enjoy training junior staff.

Local to Indiana or willing to commute to Marion five days a week.
Bonus if You Have:

Experience working with nonprofit or public sector clients.

Familiarity with bidding & procurement for mission-driven projects.

An interest in becoming a Limited Partner in the next 2-3 years.

Prior involvement with projects in education worship affordable housing or healthcare.
