What youll do:
As a Shipping and Logistic Associate youll be the vital link in getting life-changing communication devices into the hands of those who need them. The Shipping and Logistic Associate prepares products for shipping and records and maintains all shipping documents related to this function.
As a Shipping & Logistics Associate you will be responsible for:
- Pick pack and ship products and accessories accurately based on open orders
- Confirm product accuracy and follow carrier instructions for UPS/FedEx shipments
- Prepare packages and manage shipping documentation
- Work closely with receiving and warehouse teams
- Keep shipping supplies stocked and organized
- Communicate with supervisors and internal teams regarding shipping timelines and issues
- Help maintain our 5S and lean standards to keep our operations efficient
- Tackle other tasks as needed youre a key player on a collaborative team
What youll bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 24 years of shipping/logistics or warehouse experience
- Hands-on experience with transportation or shipping software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Word Excel Outlook and basic web navigation
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- A positive solutions-focused mindset
