Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving / Driver to join a reputable woodworking company in Tulsa OK. This role offers steady hours competitive pay and varied daily tasks. The Shipping & Receiving / Driver will handle local deliveries warehouse support and customer assistance in a fast-paced hands-on environment. This opportunity is ideal for a Shipping & Receiving / Driver who enjoys staying active and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliveries & Driving (20%)
- Safely operate a manual transmission company vehicle for local deliveries.
- Load secure and unload materials accurately and safely.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times.
Customer Service & Retail Sales (20%)
- Assist walk-in customers with molding sales and product selection.
- Prepare sales tickets calculate pricing and process payments.
Warehouse & Stocking (60%)
- Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock cut-to-length and label molding orders.
- Check cabinetry/molding orders for accuracy; support general warehouse tasks.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry trim bundles up to 60 lbs (including overhead reach to 66).
- Move plywood sheets (100 lbs) with a cart or assistance.
- Move cabinets (200 lbs) with a dolly or team lift.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license; able to drive a manual transmission.
- Detail-oriented dependable and customer-focused.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
