Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary handling attorney on assigned litigation cases

Conduct court appearances manage discovery take and defend depositions

Draft and argue motions oversee mediations and manage pre-trial preparations

Collaborate directly with senior partners on strategy and case development

Participate in trial preparation and attend trials when required

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all legal proceedings
Qualifications:

Must be an active member of the California Bar

14 years of civil litigation experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple case files and deadlines

Team-oriented mindset with a passion for professional development

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
