About the role
Responsible for the continued operational delivery for a key account customer.
Managing a team to ensure contractual SLAs are adhered to and facilitate the
ongoing customer relationship. Using specialist knowledge to solve problems and
act as a sole point of contact for a specific customer
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate ownership and serve as the lead point of contact for a specific
customer - Take full end to end accountability for all key customer related matters including
order processing systems delivery and queries through to resolution using
learnings to drive change and appropriate solutions - Apply a proactive approach to contractual requirements providing insightful
and relevant MI to the customer on a regular basis - Ensure all reasonable actions are taken regarding customer contract
requirements and meeting SLAs - Provide support coaching and guidance to all team members ensuring safe
working practices correct processing and good job role performance
Skills and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of dashcam and other related electronics
- High standards of data accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and working with senior internal and
external stakeholders to advise and influence. - Capability to deal with competing priorities.
- Demonstrates and advocates the Group values.
